Credits debit at enrollment, not at invite — if a learner never accepts, no credit is spent. Refund-on-withdrawal is automatic when an admin removes a learner before they start the program.
How per-program credit cost works
The cost of one enrollment scales with the program's size and the AI features you've enabled. A small text-only program might cost 1 credit; a long program with voice roleplay might cost 7+. The Learner AI & Cost tab shows the exact breakdown before you save.
Pick the features your program actually needs in the Learner AI & Cost tab. Cost is locked when the program is saved — adding a feature later only affects future enrollments.
FAQ
What counts as a "learner enrollment"?
One credit charge is debited the first time a learner actually accepts an invite or is added to a program. Browsing the program doesn't cost a credit; abandoning before starting can be auto-refunded.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade from Free → Pro any time; pro-rated. Downgrade applies at the next billing cycle.
Do credits expire?
Credits last 12 months from purchase. Pro tier monthly credits expire end-of-month if unused — they're the "use it or lose it" included allowance, not paid pack credits.
What's a Curriculum Track?
A bundle of programs (e.g., 5-program new-hire onboarding) that you can invite a learner to as one unit. Track cost = sum of the program credits. See feature details.
Can I sell my training to other organizations?
Yes — the Pro tier includes the Marketplace storefront. We handle Stripe Connect onboarding, you set prices, we take a 30% platform fee. Available with the storefront subdomain or your own vanity URL.
What if I need a discount for non-profits / schools / startups?
We discount for verified 501(c)(3) non-profits and registered Y-Combinator / Techstars / similar accelerators. Get in touch.
